The best gift you can give yourself is the 200 hr yoga teacher training with Sydney.
I had the most wonderful journey taking the teacher training program to become a well informed, passionate yoga practitioner.
I am filled with extreme gratitude to have access and the ability to learn from such a knowledgeable, compassionate, and educated practitioner, Sydney. This experience has taught me more than I thought possible about yoga but more importantly myself in relation to yoga.
The way Sydney opened up a beautiful world of yoga sutras, life experiences through living a yogic lifestyle and the passion she shares for the mind and body, it’s magical in every way. She has the most calming voice and really takes the time to answer all your questions. If you haven’t taken a yoga class with her, you are in for a treat with the beautiful sayings and teachings of Pantanjali. You will be transported to a different world. It’s absolutely amazing.
It was life changing for me. I felt so inspired and it made me feel seen and heard. Now I get to teach yoga with confidence, acceptance and self love. Thank you so so much Sydney, you are my Janet Stone to yoga. Can’t wait to take my 300hr training coming up.”

“I truly fell into the industry of fitness. I had seen Raf around my local gym and he was always friendly. I had just graduated from a nutrition program and at a time where I didn’t have much direction, Raf opened my eyes to the possibility of being a personal trainer. I thought he was joking at first; I had never considered this to be a career path for me – especially after completing school in an unrelated field. It was due to his genuine nature and his ability to connect with people that I took him seriously and took a chance on this industry. I believe he saw something in me, knowing that with a bit of guidance, I could be an incredibly successful trainer.
He mentored me while I was getting certified, showing me both the technical intricacies and the personal aspects of the training industry. His support that first year after my certification was what kept me going. It was hard work and long hours as I transitioned from my prior job into the world of training. Working with Raf softened the learning curve, allowing me hands on experience and the freedom to fail safely. He ensured I had someone to ask questions of, be there to pick his brain, and spar ideas; I flourished. He has become a lifelong friend and mentor.
I can’t express enough gratitude for the invaluable guidance and mentorship I received from Raf. From the moment he lured me into the world of training, he took me under his wing, offering not just knowledge but also unwavering support and encouragement.
Thanks to his mentorship, I’ve not only grown as a trainer but also as a person. I am forever grateful for his wisdom, encouragement, and unwavering belief in me.”
