About Sydney:
Sydney’s motto is to show up for yourself again & again, in different ways. She lives this message through her teachings of yoga, fitness and her lifestyle of entrepreneurship as the Co Founder of Soul Self Apparel and The Wellness Forum. As a Yoga & Fitness Teacher her mission is to inspire people to live out their passions, connect to the moment, thrive through movement and to empower their wellness and well-being.
Sydney began her journey into the yoga, fitness and wellness industry in 2015 where she completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, Indonesia. She was beyond inspired and realized she found her calling. This led her to her commitment to continuous education where she continued to learn about yoga through many teachers and schools of yoga. Her teaching is highly influenced by her teachers: Eoin Finn (Blissology) in Ucluelet, BC, and Janet Stone (Stone Yoga) in Big Sur, California. Sydney then completed her 300 Hour Yoga Training with Janet Stone, became a Personal Trainer and a Pain-Free Performance Specialist.
Sydney’s extensive background from the array of training she has completed creates a unique approach to how she trains and teaches. She is passionate about supporting people in their movement and wellness journey and recognizes the individuality in training different people. Teaching, sharing meaningful experiences, having “aha” moments, and supporting others along their journey is how Sydney lives out her greatest passion.

About Raf:
“Movement is medicine. I firmly believe that many people who deal with pain can improve their quality of life by simply moving. There are fundamental patterns as humans we should be able to perform. But, in today’s world that we live in, we are set up for failure. Being able to squat, crawl, climb, lunge, push, pull, and of course lifting things off the floor are all movement qualities we used to possess, but quickly lose as we age and become inactive.
I train clients from the ground up. Build the fundamentals first, then challenge the system. The last 14 years of my career I’ve seen clients from all walks of life. Weight loss, strength, performance, rehabilitation, you name it. All have different goals and outcomes, but all follow the same training principles for building foundational movement patterns. As a trainer obsessed with helping others who suffer from painful movement, I bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance. My ultimate goal is to have you moving and feeling better, faster so you can enjoy life and get back to activity.”
