We feel that this method for replay is organic & natural, due to the course being taught to a live audience with real-time questions and answers. Throughout this course, you will learn how the skeletal system influences movement, alignment, and posture in yoga. By studying the specific bones, joints, and muscles involved, you will develop a heightened awareness of the body during asanas and sequences. Can a virtual course count towards the 200 Hour Program?
Yes! All of our courses count towards the 200 Hour Program designation whether you take it virtually (live or on demand) or in-person. The only requirement for a fully virtual 200 Hour Program is that 15% of the program (30 hours) must be completed synchronously (real-time).
Can you do the 200 Hour Program fully virtual?
Yes! It is just required (by Yoga Alliance credentials) that 15% (30 hours) is completed synchronously (real-time).
If you join a livestream course, do we get to keep the recording?
Absolutely! We believe in supporting every students learning as much as possible. There is great value to return to the recording to watch again and take as many notes as possible.
Do you offer on-demand courses?
We are currently working on our on-demand courses. You can expect to start seeing them Fall 2024.
