The truth is, we don’t really know how to navigate our emotional, physical and mental challenges, or at least it’s common for a lot of us to feel a challenge in trying to do so. We let our ego step in, lead the way and often produce a lot of negative self-talk. When we look in the mirror, who is it really that we see? We’re our most critical judge and the effects of fear, shame, guilt and worry dim our power.
