We may have some ideas of what could possibly be right for us, but it all comes down to the commitment to doing it. Commitment is a challenging wave we may face in our lives. What exactly are we making a commitment to and by making this commitment, what else are we disengaging from? In this course we will learn and reflect on commitments and dive deeper into practice.

Course Learning Outcomes:
Demonstrate a deepened commitment to a personal yoga practice, including possibly asana, pranayama, meditation, and self-inquiry, reflecting a holistic understanding of yoga's philosophy and its integration into daily life.
Articulate the role of discipline in the context of yoga, exploring how commitment and perseverance in practice contribute to personal growth.
Experience the learned outcome through participating in multiple yoga asana practices. Be able to speak from experience when teaching or leading others through yoga asana.
Recognize the importance of continuous learning and professional development as a yoga teacher, committing to ongoing education and self-improvement in your teaching career.
