The thing about yoga is that to achieve the benefits we seek from it, it requires practice and integration into your life. The Yoga Sutras were never meant to be a one time sitting of reading them start to finish. They are meant to become something you continuously refer to and integrate into your life. They are meant to be applied to your life today, then applied again to your life in the future. Each time you integrate, the key concepts have a new meaning. The more you practice and the more you integrate, the deeper we can experience the ultimate purpose of our lives.
Throughout this course you’ll dive into the key concepts from The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and integrate them into your everyday life.
