Do you accept that this is not a "traditional only" yoga teacher training. We cover traditional practices and the history of yoga in depth, but our teaching methodology follows modern teaching best practices & language, up to date research and relevant anatomy training, and evolutionary techniques in practice.

To officially enrol in the 200 Hour Program (and join our school of yoga) we require a $150 CAD + gst deposit now, that will be reduced from your last owning payment.
